Our team works in solidarity to bridge power gaps between our members by fostering equitable collaboration and supporting locally-led strategies that center the voices and leadership of those most affected by conflict.

We collaborate to advance peace and justice through community-driven project design, where local organisations and local practitioners  define priorities based on their own analyses, needs, and strategies. We appreciate and apply diverse, context-specific approaches to resolving conflict and organising societies.

We continuously reflect on and work to navigate the power imbalances embedded in international funding structures. Our commitment to independence and accountability to our partners strengthens our interdisciplinary approach and enhances our ability to support local actors' efforts in advancing peace, justice, and human security.
